NALCE SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM POLICY

The entry and exit of Lost Creek Estates has a security camera system installed.

***THE RELEASE OF ANY REQUESTED VIDEO FOOTAGE SHALL ONLY BE PROVIDED BY THE NALCE BY FOLLOWING THE BELOW PROCEDURE:

An individual shall file a report of the incident with a recognized law enforcement agency with specific information like day/timeline of incident, and any other helpful information, and indicate that a request of video footage from the NALCE security camera system may provide additional helpful information—contact NALCE email address nalcerequest@att.net.
If the law enforcement agency deems video footage will be helpful, the law enforcement agency shall directly contact the NALCE through email address nalcerequest@att.net, and request video footage with the provided incident date/timeline and any other helpful information. The law enforcement agency shall also provide a return email address to send the video footage to.

It is the policy of the Neighborhood Association of Lost Creek to maintain this website for the sole purpose of informing the community of news and events pertaining to the Homeowners Organization (NALCE) and the Lost Creek Estates Neighborhood.
